Warren has included uncapped Jonah Holmes and Luke Morgan in his squad for schedule.
The Wales head coach also named his back row department that is without the services of Taulupe Faletau, Aaron Shingler, Josh Navidi and James Davies owing to injuries.
It is among the backline, however, where Gatland has made decisions of note with the naming of Leicester wing Holmes and wing Luke Morgan.
Former Carnegie and back Holmes qualifies for Wales through a grandparent, and has bagged ten tries since the start of last season.
Holmes will face competition from ex-Wales 7s star Morgan who has formed a double-threat for the Ospreys on the wing with George North.
Without talismanic number 8 Taulupe Faletau through a broken arm, Ross Moriarty stands to fill in at the tail of the scrum while Dan Lydiate, Ellis Jenkins and Aaron Wainwright are all named by Gatland.
Competition is fierce at fly-half with Gareth Anscombe’s form for putting a marker down to and Rhys Patchell.
