ALLEN Clarke slammed Nigel Owens and his officials after his Ospreys fell to a narrow defeat in Llanelli.
The Ospreys found themselves on the wrong end of Owens’s whistle as they conceded 14 penalties whereas the Scarlets conceded just three.
“Nigel Owens was receiving information from guys either side of the field who have probably never been in a scrum or a maul”, said the Ospreys coach.
