HAVING survived an horrendous injury experience last season following a botched steroid injection in his groin, Scotland standoff Duncan Weir says he is now deperate to achieve his twin goals of guiding Worcester into the top six while reigniting his stalled Test career.
Weir, 27, had hoped to earn a new contract at Edinburgh before injury ruled him out last October. In his absence head coach Richard Cockerill signed Bordeaux playmaker Simon Hickey which led Weir to look towards the Premiership instead. Weir, who won the last of 27 caps against Italy...
