Blues bid for Eagles ace No.8

CARDIFF Blues are understood to be front-runners to in the race for the marquee signing of Toulon No.8 Samu Manoa.
The 33-year-old is out of contract in France and is open to the possibility of relocating to Wales.
The deal is yet to be completed and the Blues face competition from other clubs, including Perpignan, but Cardiff appears his likeliest destination.
Manoa’s arrival would be a real statement of intent from a side who will be competing in the Champions Cup next season after a four-year absence.
