DETERMINED Northampton loosehead Will Davis wants to prove why the conventional is not always best when it comes to making it as a top prop.
Late-developer Davis, 28, has finally fought his way into the top-flight, having struggled to break through at home-town club Bristol, Worcester and Bath before cementing a regular place at Ealing and earning his dream move.
“I’ve gone the long way round to get to my goal”, said Davis, who won National One and British & Irish Cup winners’ medals at Ealing.
