Folau yellow highlights huge flaws in modern officiating

IT’S been a vexatious summer for referees and officialdom with the curious case of Israel Folau’s yellow card for his challenge with Peter O’Mahony last week in Sydney the latest talking point.
I thought Folau was unlucky but, more importantly, the game needs to start looking at the responsibility of those lifting a player into the stratosphere.
