Marchant’s physical gains outweigh pain

GIFTED centre Joe Marchant believes a challenging season at Harlequins has provided a silver lining as he aims to force his way back on to England’s radar.
Marchant had been due to tour Argentina last year before a toe injury intervened, while a torn hamstring in October cost him three months of the current campaign.
However, the time off was put to good use, with Marchant revealing how the physical gains he made have enabled him to shine in a struggling Quins side.
