“STADIUM for Cornwall COMING HERE” reads the giant poster in a field at the side of the A390, the main road into Truro.
But the future of Cornish Pirates’ long-standing hopes of a stadium to deliver their Premiership ambitions will lie in the hands of 123 county councillors.
Decision day will be April 17 and if the councillors refused to sanction a £3 million contribution the dream could be dead.
