Anson departs to chase Olympic dream

WORCESTER head coach Carl Hogg says there will be a review of the club’s strength and conditioning department following the departure of Paddy Anson.
The former Royal Marine who had previously worked for Exeter Chiefs and Gloucester, leaves Worcester this week after less than a year at the club.
Anson arrived at Sixways in January, replacing Chris Hart as head of strength and conditioning.
Anson was promoted just a few months into his role, becoming head of athletic performance, but he will now take up a position at the English Institute of Sport (EIS) ahead of the 2020 Tokyo Olympic ...
