Dickson targets top-flight debut in November

FORMER Harlequins scrum-half Karl Dickson has stated his desire to officiate at the highest level after impressing on the fasttrack to the refereeing summit. Dickson, 35, is already taking charge of Championship matches after being handed a full-time contract by the RFU this summer. Such is his rate of progress that informed sources reckon he could make his Premiership bow as early as this November.
