RHYS Gill believes the implementation of a Saracens- style ‘wolf pack’ mentality can be the key to helping Cardiff Blues to success this season.
Double European champions Saracens have become as close-knit off the field as they are on it, their team spirit improved by squad bonding sessions and trips to Barcelona and Bermuda.
