Is another run-out at home of Welsh rugby just one game away?

IT’S Welsh Cup, Plate and Bowl action this weekend, and I’m hoping to be involved with Amman United against Cardigan in the Bowl semi-final. I just can’t seem to stay away!
I get grief about coming out of retirement so many times, but I’m hoping to help Amman to get to the final at Principality Stadium. What a day that would be for my local club.
I’m wary of coming into the side and taking the position of a youngster who’s trained hard all week, played in earlier rounds and contributed to helping the team get to the last four.
