THE DEAL to take France and Toulon centre Maxime Mermoz to Leicester was finally confirmed for the remainder of the season after receiving official clearance from the French Rugby Federation.
The 30-year-old, who will make his debut at Saracens in the Anglo-Welsh Cup today, arrives as cover for the long-term injuries of Wallaby star Matt Toomua and Manu Tuilagi.
