Wasps’ Palmer and Wentzel pair up to face old club Leeds

England international Tom Palmer and newly appointed vice-captain Marco Wentzel will form London Wasps‘ lock partnership to face their old club Leeds in their final pre-season game.
Dai Young has handed starting debuts to Andrea Masi, Palmer and Ashley Johnson after all three impressed off the bench despite the 32-15 defeat in Treviso last weekend.
Also making a return to the starting line-up are a number of familiar faces including Christian Wade, Joe Simpson, Zak Taulafo, Marco Wentzel , Joe Launchbury and Jonathan Poff as well as new captain Hugo Southwell who leads the team out.
After returning to the Club this week, James Haskell is named among the replacements.
