Doncaster Knights have bolstered their squad ahead of next season with the signings of David Nolan, Jarad Williams and Lloyd Hayes.
Lock Nolan will join from Connacht while back row Williams and centre Hayes make the short move to Castle Park from Yorkshire rivals Rotherham and Yorkshire Carnegie.
Nolan said: “When the Knights visited Galway to play the Connacht Eagles I had the pleasure of meeting Clive and Glen and I was then given the opportunity to come over for a week and train with the group.
“After a few days with the team, it was absolutely no surprise to me that the Knights are in their current league position and having such a great season.
“There is a real buzz about the place, a great set of lads and I am very excited about the coming season and pulling on the Donny jersey.”
Williams commented: “I’m delighted to be joining Doncaster and also excited by the prospect of working with Clive again having previously worked with him through Rugby League.
“I feel Doncaster is a club on the up with big ambitions which played a significant role in my decision to sign. Their performances so far this season and the fact that they’ve made the play offs in what is a very competitive league is testament to the players and coaching staff at the club.
“My aim as a player is to bring my strengths to the team and add to what they’ve already achieved this season.”
Hayes added: “While it has been a difficult decision to leave Rotherham, a club which has given me the opportunity to play full-time rugby in the Championship over the past two seasons, I’m very excited about the prospect of joining such a progressive club as Doncaster Knights.
“From being relegated in to National One in 2012/13 the Knights have bounced back incredibly well to currently occupy second position in the league.
“It is undoubtedly a club with great on field and off field systems which will enable me to further develop as a player and I’m very excited at the prospect of continuing my journey with such an ambitious club.”
