Phil Burgess, Charlie Hayter and Dan Norton will return to action for England Sevens in the fifth leg of the World Sevens Series in Las Vegas next week.
The experienced trio are named alongside 20-year-old debutant Harry Glover who joined the England Sevens academy programme from Wasps last year.
It is a long awaited return for Hayter who has been out since July with an ACL knee injury while Burgess missed the last two tournaments with injury and Dan Norton took time out to be with his newborn son.
England finished fourth in Wellington last month but injuries meant they could only finish seventh in Sydney the following week.
Head Coach Simon Amor said: “Everyone was very proud of the effort the guys put in for the last two tournaments but unfortunately in the process we lost key players including Dan Bibby, who was on red hot form in Wellington, and then Alex Davis who again has been outstanding in both attack and defence.
“They will be out for a few tournaments now but it is great to be able to bring back Phil, Dan and Charlie and to start building their game time again. Charlie has worked hard to return to fitness and been a great mentor for the young players during his recovery. It will be good to see him back playing.
“We’re delighted to be giving Harry an opportunity to make his debut. We are travelling with a relatively inexperienced group but these are good young players who have lots of talent, self-belief and bright futures with England Sevens.”
