Australia‘s star forwards will be lining up for the Barbarians side coached by Michael Cheika against Argentina and Gloucester next month.
Captain Stephen Moore, prop Greg Holmes, and flankers Michael Hooper and Scott Fardy were all prominent in last weekend’s 33-13 win over England that secured their World Cup quarter final place.
And all four – plus former Wallabies teammate Stephen Hoiles – have accepted invitations to appear for the world famous club side at Kingsholm on November 17 before taking on the Pumas at Twickenham on November 21.
They will join up with Fijian superstar Nemani Nadolo and a big name contingent of South Africa players including Patrick Lambie, Victor Matfield and Tendai Mtawarira, as well as former Springboks lock Bakkies Botha.
The Barbarians, who beat Samoa at the Olympic Stadium last month, were founded 125 years ago and the Killik Cup match against Argentina is the centrepiece of the celebrations.
