England trio injured on club duties

England‘s injury worries have deepened over the weekend with Brad Barritt, Tom Croft and Henry Thomas all suffering knocks while on club duties.
Barritt was expected to return to the England starting team against Scotland if Luther Burrell failed to overcome a calf injury but he suffered an ankle injury against Wasps yesterday.
“It seems to be his ankle, his knee seems to be okay,” said Saracens boss Mark McCall post-match. “We are all hopeful that it won’t be too serious. It didn’t look very good. Brad has been so unlucky this season and I am sure he would have been very close to selection for England next weekend. Fingers crossed it is not as bad as it looked.”
Croft could be out for a few weeks after suffering a suspected dislocated shoulder against Newcastle yesterday.Finally , Thomas only lasted 16 minutes for Bath against Sale on Friday and is thought to have a shoulder injury.
