The Scots, who had Dougie Fife and Stuart McInally cross for a try, are five points clear of their closest rivals, Bordeaux-Begles, with two games remaining.
Sam Hidalgo-Clyne kicked four penalties and Greig Tonks one conversion for Edinburgh while Chris Elder got the Exiles on the board with two penalties.
