Billy Vunipola will not feature for England against Australia on Saturday after suffering a concussion playing for Saracens on the weekend.
The No.8, who was dropped after the two defeats against New Zealand and South Africa, is replaced the 34-man squad by Exeter Thomas Waldrom with Gloucester‘s Ben Morgan also in the group to prepare the clash against the Wallabies.
Northampton fly-half Stephen Myler, who kicked 16 points for the Saints in the victory over Vunipola’s Saracens, has regained his berth in the squad following a hamstring strain.
Meanwhile, Bath duo Kyle Eastmond and Semesa Rokoduguni and Harlequins’ Danny Care have been released from camp to give them additional training time ahead of Friday’s Aviva Premiership match between the sides at the Recreation Ground.
