As the building of the playing squad continues, Moseley have today confirmed the signing of Drew Cheshire and Scott Tolmie, two players who recently won the accolade of being voted into the Rugby Paper Dream Team.
England Counties wing Cheshire, 22, joins from Gloucester off the back of a season where he was dual registered to Luctonians picking up 22 tries from to earn the right wing berth in the National Two North Dream Team.
With genuine pace, and an ability to break a tackle Hereford born Drew has been on the radar of a number of Championship clubs, we look forward to him bringing his exciting playing style to Billesley Common.
Australian hooker Tolmie, 21, moves to Moseley from London Irish where he featured last season for the Wild Geese. Like Cheshire, his performances in National Two South earned him selection to the Rugby Paper Dream Team who said “Tolmie was a near unanimous choice after an impressive season in which he racked up 20 tries. The hooker is one for the future and his hat-trick against Taunton before Christmas was one of the best displays in the league all season.”
