Aviva Premiership champions Northampton have been drawn in Pool 5 of the inaugural European Rugby Champions Cup.
Following the pool draw held in Neuchatel, the Saints will take on Racing Metro 92, Ospreys and Treviso while Premiership and Heineken Cup finalists Saracens are in Pool 1 with two-time European champions Munster, Clermont and Sale.
Harlequins and London Wasps are in Pool 2 with Pro 12 champions Leinster, Top14 finalists Castres.
Bath will face Glasgow, Montpellier and Toulouse in Pool 4 while reigning champions Toulon, Ulster and the Scarlets awaits Leicester in Pool 3.
The draw for the Challenge Cup also took place today and Exeter find themselves in Pool 2 with Bayonne, Connacht Rugby and La Rochelle.
Fresh from their promotion to the Premiership, London Welsh will have to travel to Edinburgh, Bordeaux-Begles and Pro D2 champions Lyon.
