Saracens could be without Owen Farrell and Mako Vunipola for the Premiership final against Northampton on Saturday at Twickenham.
Farrell, who played 65 minutes against Toulon in the Heineken final Saturday, suffered an ankle problem in the warm-up tripping up on a television wire while Vunipola picked up a knee injury during the game.
If both players require more than two weeks off, they would also miss most of the England tour to New Zealand which kicks off on June 7.
“We have some concerns over Mako and potentially Owen,” said Saracens director of rugby Mark McCall.
“Owen has a small ankle injury which he picked up in the warm-up after he tripped over a wire, which is quite disappointing. We’ll see how he is. Mako is the big concern for us”
