Nick Easter, Michael Paterson and Semesa Rokoduguni have been shortlisted for the Gatorade Game Changer of the Season.
Harlequins No.8 Easter, who will equal Harlequins’ appearance record against Bath tomorrow, has rolled back the years with his countless carries and offloads putting his side on the front foot.
Kiwi-born Paterson, who joined from Cardiff Blues last summer, has won more lineouts than anyone else in the Premiership this season and he is one of the reasons the Sharks have gone from relegation battle to Europe in the space of 12 months.
Finally, Army wing Rokoduguni has been a stand out performer in a Bath side that his challenging for a place in the semi-finals. So much so that he was called up by the Saxons and could well tour New Zealand with the senior squad next month.
The winners will be announced on Thursday 15 May at the sold out Aviva Premiership Rugby Awards at the Hilton, Park Lane.
“These three shortlisted players for Gatorade Game Changer of the Season have put in impressive performances this season,” said Rugby Director at Premiership Rugby, Phil Winstanley.
“Players across the Aviva Premiership have been playing to a very high level week in week out. The exciting games these players have been involved in have contributed to a significant rise in attendances across the League.
“I would like to thank the team at Opta for the work they put in analysing every moment of every match in Aviva Premiership Rugby.”
