Tommy Allan will make his first Test start for Italy against Argentina after being named at fly-half by Jacques Brunel today.
The former Scotland U20s star, who made two appearances off the bench in the past two weeks including a late try on debut against the Wallabies, has been handed the reins of the attack in place of Luciano Orquera.
Elsewhere, fellow 20 year-old Michele Campagnaro is handed his first start at outside centre in place of the injured Luca Morisi in the 37-31 victory over Fiji.
There’s one change in the forwards with Robert Barbieri replacing Mauro Bergamasco at openside.
The Pumas are without starting midfield duo Santiago Fernandez and Saracens’ Marcelo Bosch who have returned to their clubs.
