Henley player Richard Briggs has been suspended for two years by the Football Union for an Anti-Doping violation.
The player tested positive for 19-norandrosterone (a metabolite of Nandrolone) and Oxandrolone, both Anabolic Androgenic Steroids on July 16 this year.
The player admitted to the offence and agreed to the case being heard on papers without attending in person. He will be suspended until August 9, 2015.
Briggs is the second player from the club to be banned for a doping violation after James Comben received a six-month ban last season.
