Nick Wood hit by eight-week ban for stamping

Nick Wood was tonight suspended for eight weeks by a RFU Disciplinary Panel.
The Gloucester prop was found guilty stamping on Saracens flanker Jacques Burger last Sunday.
He received a straight red card for the offence after only 73 seconds of play and he will now be able to play again on November 13.
