Eli Walker has been ruled out of Wales' clash against South Africa after picking up an injury at training.
Further examination will determine the exact nature of the injury but the 21-year-old, who was set to make his Test debut on the wing, has been replaced by Scarlets' flyer Liam Williams.
As a result, Osprey Ashley Beck has been added to the replacement bench.
