Knowledge is the key to trust and understanding the essence of any problem, especially in such a dynamic area as the iGaming industry. I can say that I am the one who knows more about online casinos than other people. For several years now, I have been sharing my expertise, mindset and insights on the pages of the ProInternet portal, shedding light on the world of online gambling for all those interested in this exciting and dynamic industry.

Let’s get acquainted

My name is Olena Bylytsya, and I’m the Editor-in-Chief of ProInternet, an online portal dedicated to the iGaming industry. Since 2015, I honed my skills as a content department team leader at Playrix, a global mobile game developer. I actively contributed to the market launch of the popular mobile puzzle game, Homescapes. My interest later shifted towards professional gambling, specifically responsible gaming practices.

Today, I leverage my expertise to guide newcomers to the world of online casino. Since 2021, I’ve served as ProInternet’s Editor-in-Chief, where my role extends beyond content creation. I actively research the virtual gambling market, exploring the potential of cryptocurrency and blockchain integration, and offer consultations on casino offers.

Why online iGaming?

Legalizing online casino in Ukraine in 2020 created new opportunities for the entertainment industry, aligning the country with international standards where online casino games are not stigmatized. However, it must be said that the general Ukrainian public was not ready for such drastic changes, which led to certain problems.

This is partly due to the lack of awareness of most people about gambling and betting, which are often perceived not as entertainment but as a way to make easy money, which, of course, is a misconception. My goal is to objectively talk about the world of casino games, highlighting both their pros and cons.

What makes ProInternet different

While my team and I operate in the iGaming industry, the ProInternet website itself isn’t affiliated with any operational casinos. Our primary focus, as mentioned earlier, is to provide informative content, not promotions. This sets us apart from other gambling-related resources. Without being biased, we try to be as objective as possible and cover as many aspects of the world of gambling as possible.

On our site you can find casino reviews, descriptions of deposit and no deposit bonuses, current promo codes, information about gaming licenses, in-depth slot reviews by our writers. In addition, practical advice for gamblers of all levels, starting from instructions for registration and receiving bonuses and ending with the rules of responsible gaming.

Our Team

ProInternet would not be what it is today without the invaluable contributions of our team members. I am immensely grateful for their dedication and expertise in preparing materials for publication. Their efforts were no less than my own, and I would be remiss if I did not recognize their outstanding work.

Anton Savchenko

Our administrator and a professional player with eight years of experience. Anton also has experience as a croupier and operator at the Slot Game and Solution Casinos in Kyiv.

Jefferey Tebben

Consultant, author of the Behavioral Patterns in Poker Players report, dedicated to the interaction of players with each other and the motives for making decisions during the game.

Grigory Kovalenko

Front End specialist and UX/UI optimizer, who actively participated in the development of our website. The ease of use of the ProInternet website is his merit.

Yulia Sokolovska

A professional graphic designer and host of UX/UI training courses at Beetroot Academy. Yulia, an avid gamer and the author of many great user interfaces, takes an active part in the design of ProInternet.

Oleksandr Shevchenko

A former member of parliament of Ukraine, Oleksandr Shevchenko is currently a manager of strategic partnerships between companies operating in the gambling industry.

Raisa Povaliy

A professional artist and singer, she has been actively interested in the gambling industry since 2012. She has experience as a casino manager and marketer, and Raisa is currently a PR manager at ProInternet.

The Future of the Gambling Industry

I am often asked how I see the future of the iGaming industry. In my opinion, online gambling will develop in two main directions: expanding the legalization of gambling and introducing technological innovations. On the one hand, more and more countries are legalizing Internet gambling, on the other hand, the games themselves are improving, becoming more and more interactive.

Active use of virtual and augmented reality technologies can make a real breakthrough in terms of player interaction with online casino slots, significantly heightening the feeling of immersion when spending time on gaming platform websites. It is expected that the role of cryptocurrencies and blockchain technologies will grow in iGaming. The use of cryptocurrencies will make transactions faster and more anonymous, and blockchain technologies will contribute to an increase in the number of decentralized online casinos.

In conclusion, I will also note that we are not going to stand still. We will continue to cover key events in the world of the gaming industry and analyze the most interesting slots, reviews of which, as always, can be found on the ProInternet website. And of course, we will continue to share our insights from the experts and raise awareness among people interested in gaming topics, calling for responsible casino play.

Being focused on the Ukrainian audience, we will continue to pay special attention to the Ukrainian market. At the same time, it is possible that in the future, online casinos operating under international licenses will also fall into our sphere of interest.
