Room 101: Harry Cochrane – Hartpury College scrum-half

1. Moaners
I know this is a bit ironic but it’s probably my biggest pet hate. I’m a glass half-full type of person and get annoyed by people who constantly whinge about this, that and the other. They’re just energy sappers. Sebastian Negri, my team-mate at , is probably one of the worse. He complains about the smallest things like if he’s forgotten to cut his toe nails.
TRP verdict: They’ll be no complaints from us about this choice.
2. High tackles
I was looking forward to making a good impression with at the Singha up at the other day but my involvement in the tournament lasted barely nine seconds! I was taken out by a head-high tackle from one of the boys and played no further part. As annoyed as I was, the medics did the right thing in taking me off and getting me checked out. -halves get a lot of high shots in games, especially from back-rowers, so it would make my life a lot easier – and less painful – if they never happened.
TRP verdict: You’ve put your neck on the block and you’ll be pleased to know this is going through.
3. Selective hearing
I’m always telling my forwards which move we’re going to make only to have to repeat myself seconds later. It seems to go in one ear and out the other. I find that really frustrating. Credit where it is due, my agent Ben Woods is a good listener.
TRP verdict: Hear, hear is all we can say about this one.
