Terms and Conditions
Prize is for twenty people from one grassroots rugby team in England to attend an evening with selected players from the England rugby team on Monday 12th November 2012 at a location in Surrey, England. Return coach transport will be provided by Canterbury for the winning team from and to one central meeting point, transport to and from that meeting point will be the responsibility of the individuals attending. Depending on the location of the winning team, transport to the event will be arranged from 12pm on the day of the event and will leave the event at around 10pm. Attendees from the winning club MUST be aged 18 or over. The competition commences on Thursday 25th October and entry is by email and fifty word submission stating the reasons why their team should be chosen to spend an evening with England rugby team. The competition will close at midnight on Sunday 4th November 2012 and any entries received after this date will not be counted. The winner will be chosen by Canterbury and notified by email within 24 hours of the closing date and must respond within the following 48 hours, otherwise Canterbury reserve the right to draw another winner. The decision of Canterbury will be final. No cash alternative available. All entrants MUST be aged 18 or over. Canterbury cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the competition or as a result of accepting any prize. No purchase necessary. The winning team MUST be able to attend on the date of the event and no alternative will be offered. Canterbury will select the top 10 submissions from all of the entries received and will notify each entrant. Entrants who make the top 10, permit Canterbury to publicise their submissions (crediting the author) on their social media sites and website, on a license basis for a period of 1 year. All other entries received will be destroyed. The winning team may be photographed or filmed on the evening and as such authorise Canterbury to use their image for promotional purposes. The winning team will be selected on the strength and originality of their submission and on the evening will be considered a part of Canterbury. It is expected that the winning team will act and conduct themselves responsibly throughout the evening, Personal information provided in the course of this competition will be collected, stored and processed in a database for the purpose of managing this prize draw and such information will not be used for any purpose other than separately agreed.
