1. Ellis Genge – Even at a young age you could see he would go far. He’s a ball of raw power and the perfect attitude for a modern day player. It was great to see him get the England captaincy. I’d have to have Wayne Thompson as his understudy. He made more than 150 appearances for Bristol and brought so many laughs and smiles during my career – although most of which he was oblivious to.
