Why did you get into coaching rugby and how did you arrive at your current position?
After playing in New Zealand, Japan, Italy, Croatia and Scotland, I arrived in England in 2003 as a player coach at Beverley RUFC. We got four promotions in a row going from Yorkshire 2 to National 2 in successive seasons.
