Why did you get into coaching rugby and how did you arrive at your current position?
I went into full time coaching when the firm I was working with in the City was taken over and I took the decision to change career and coach rugby. I started off as a RDO for the RFU and then got the Whitgift School job in 2007. I have always coached at various teams alongside Whitgift – Kent, England Counties and local club rugby, before starting back at Esher in 2019.
