Bristol's crushing win over rivals Bath at Ashton Gate eased some of the pressure that was building on boss Pat Lam.
Whispers were circulating that Lam was facing a battle to save his job if they lost to Bath, but the 57-44 win means, for the time being at least, the pressure is off.
The Bears have won six and lost six in the Premiership this season and the expectation is that they should be a lot higher in the table.
