Stade Francais are expecting former England centre Joe Marchant, who only moved to the French capital after the World Cup, to see out the remaining two years of his contract.

Marchant, above, moved to quash reports that he had signed for Saracens before being named on the wing for high-flying Stade’s trip to next-to-bottom Oyonnax this weekend.
Sources say that Stade expect him to be part of their squad for the next two seasons and have had no contact with the Premiership champions.
