Boost for Quins and Tigers as Horne gets job

World Rugby high performance director Peter Horne is set to become the Australian Rugby Union’s new head of high performance, which could be good news for Leicester Tigers as well as Harlequins.
It is a positive for Quins because it means that they will keep director of rugby Billy Millard at The Stoop, who was on a shortlist for the job with former Wallabies James Horwill and Justin Harrison.
