Toulon have launched a double raid on Steve Borthwick’s World Cup squad to lure Kyle Sinckler and Lewis Ludlam to the Cote d’Azur when their contracts run out next summer.
Blindside reported earlier this month that Toulon were eying up a move for Ludlam after he impressed during the early stages of the World Cup, and they have now offered him a deal.
Toulon, who successfully signed England second-row David Ribbans last summer, are the first Top 14 club to make Ipswich-born Ludlam, 27, an offer while more are weighing up their options.
