Northampton Saints fly-half James Grayson was a target for French ProD2 outfit Agen when they were looking for a new fly-half earlier this summer.
Former England U20 international Grayson, 25, the son of Saints legend Paul, was on Agen’s shopping list before they settled on Fiji’s playmaker Ben Volavola.
