Witty looks set to sign for Rouen

Former Newcastle Falcons and Exeter Chiefs lock Will Witty is set for another move this summer with a drop-down from the Top 14 into the second-tier Pro D2.
Witty, 28, switched from The Chiefs to Perpignan but only managed to play four games with a knee injury but hasn’t played since an away defeat against Bayonne in October.

The ex-Blaydon and Falcons lock, above, made 30 appearances for the Chiefs in three seasons and is now being courted by Rouen and looks set to be playing in the Normandy capital of the northern French region.
