Biarritz are on the verge of completing a deal for Wales and Lions scrum-half Rhys Webb as the exodus of players from the Principality continues.
Blindside reported last week that Webb’s CV was doing the rounds in France and Biarritz have been locked in advanced talks and are favourites to land him. He will follow fly-half Sam Davies to the ProD2, who has signed a two-year deal with Grenoble after four years with Dragons.
