Leicester Tigers have sent out an emergency appeal for a lock to cover for Ollie Chessum, who faces a race to be fit for the World Cup after dislocating an ankle training with England last week.
Chessum faces six months on the sidelines after being injured ahead of the defeat in Ireland last weekend, and the Tigers are scrambling around to find someone to cover for him.
If they want any replacement to face Steve Diamond’s Edinburgh in the Champions Cup round of 16 match next weekend, they must be registered by noon on Wednesday.
