Former Wales fly-half Owen Williams is a target for Japanese clubs despite only moving to the United Rugby Championship to join the Ospreys on a short-term contract a couple of weeks ago.
Toby Booth moved to land free agent Williams who has been without a club since Worcester Warriors were liquidated earlier this season after Gareth Anscombe was injured.
