FORMER England Sevens winger Howard Packman has agreed to join National League One Blackheath for next season.
London Irish are keeping tabs on the former England U20 international and could move for him if they have an injury crisis.
Packman, 26, started his career with his home town club, Northampton Saints, and had a stint with Doncaster Knights last season after returning home from a spell in New Zealand where he played for North Otago in the Heartland Championship.
