NEWCASTLE FALCONS boss Dean Richards has bolstered his squad by returning to his former club Harlequins to land fly-half Tim Swiel.
Richards has been looking for another fly-half since preseason and Swiel, who was born in Taunton, Somerset, before being educated in South Africa is heading North.
Swiel, 25, who played for Western Province and the Sharks before heading to Quins three years ago was down the pecking order at the Stoop.
A player who could be heading to Kingston Park at the end of the season is Ealing Trailfinders prop Mark Tamplin.
