WALES U20s star Harry Thomas says he and his triumphant team-mates need to be playing rugby week-in, week-out.
The 19-year-old Scarlets hooker was player of the match in Six Nations victories over England and Italy, while Ireland were also defeated in a creditable third place finish.
“It’s a turning point hopefully and a few of the boys get more exposure in the URC, including myself, and we just keep progressing and don’t get lost in the systems,” he said.
