SECOND row George Smith has left Northampton to join French ProD2 side Nevers. The 24-yearold joined Saints last summer, having been part of the NFL International Player Pathway.
Smith, who is 6ft 8ins, did not play a senior game for Saints, but made 12 appearances for Bedford in the Championship and Premiership Rugby Cup.
