Shields to lead way for Hurricanes

FORMER England flanker Brad Shields will captain the Hurricanes in his first year back with the team since 2018. Kiwi-born Shields, 32, steps up in the absence of Ardie Savea who will return to the team in 2025.
The nine-cap England international helped the Hurricanes win the Super Rugby title in 2016 before heading to Wasps where he played from 2018 until returning to Wellington last year.
