The former Wasps, Worcester, Cornish Pirates and Esher winger

One of the things you can’t coach is pace and I was very fortunate to have that in my locker. In my youth, I competed at county level at 100m and 200m and I had a PB of 10.97. But it wasn’t until I got to Worcester that I started to develop other aspects of my game and become a more rounded player.
