Youngs Guns: Bath and Scotland U18s scrum-half Murdoch Lock

Having represented the U18s earlier this year, Bath academy scrum-half Murdoch Lock has set a clear goal to become the first choice Scotland U20s No.9 in time for next year’s Six Nations.
Murdoch, 18, played in all three of Scotland’s games in the U18s Six Nations Festival as his side beat Italy 31-17, narrowly lost 18-15 to England and were humbled 32-10 by France.

He believes the experience of playing at a high level will have put him in good stead for his career going forward and enjoyed mingling with his opposite numbers.
